Marysol is a charcuterie aficionado, professional musician, and avid camper. A Michigan native, she is based in the Kalamazoo area and has deep roots in Southwest and Northern Michigan. When she's not coordinating weddings, you can find her on a trail somewhere in the mitten, performing on stage, or building the perfect cheese board for anyone who will sit down long enough to enjoy it.

A Western Michigan University graduate with degrees in Vocal Performance, Spanish, and Holistic Health, Marysol brings over five years of experience in high-stakes event logistics, multi-vendor coordination, and people management to every wedding day. She shows up with a calm, take-charge presence and the problem-solving instincts that keep everything running smoothly, even when the unexpected happens. From locking in timelines to ensuring every vendor, family member, and wedding party guest feels taken care of, she handles all the behind-the-scenes details so her couples don't have to think about a thing. She is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish and loves being able to support Spanish-speaking couples and families throughout Southwest Michigan.

Her favorite moment of the wedding day is the first look: the unscripted second when everything else falls away and the day becomes real for the couple. What Marysol loves most about her role is developing a relationship with her couples in the lead-up to the day and then watching their vision come together as they imagined it: every detail, every feeling, done just right.
