I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH THIS WEDDING! Megan (the bride) was one of our own coordinators for a season and it was my pleasure to serve her on her own wedding day. Megan and Carter love to have a good time and The High Five was the perfect venue to have the dance floor packed all night long.

The High Five is a massive space with not a pillar in sight. We love coordinating weddings at The High Five because it is so easy for the guests to feel like they have arrived to the party of the year. The stunning views of the city will take your guests breath away as soon as they exit the elevator to the 5th floor.

The day was full of special details and moments: a letter exchange, first touch, a bright pink cake and neon sign, and a signature cocktail named after the bride’s fur baby. The party went so smoothly at this venue due to all of the spacious accommodations. This couple chose to make use of the bridal suite for getting ready, the 5th floor for their ceremony, a cocktail hour on the 4th floor, then back to the 5th for the reception. The couple did not have to go far to get some stellar photos since the streets surrounding the venue are clean and have beautiful buildings for backdrops. The team at The High Five are experts with the space flip and had everything done perfectly on time.

Here is how we can help: With the High Five specifically, there is usually a space flip. The venue handles all tables and chairs, but we handle linens, and all decor. You will be a little too busy taking pictures or joining your cocktail hour to help with this, and allow your guests to all just show up and celebrate by hiring a coordinator! For Megan and Carter’s wedding, we also delivered breakfast and lunch, handled all set up and tear down of all decor items, coordinated with the shuttle driver, managed flow of guests, assisted vendors, handled timeline, cued ceremony, cleaned out bridal suite, and loaded all decor and personal items into the groom’s vehicle after everyone had left for the night.
