Essentially what you are paying for is two coordinator’s time, for unlimited hours on the wedding day. Your day-of wedding coordinator can…
Create your timeline
Go through all your wedding information to make sure everything can happen
Do a venue-walkthrough with you so we understand the space
Week-of confirmation and final timeline communication with all vendors
Run your rehearsal
Pick up floral arrangements (as long as they fit in our vehicle)
Pick up desserts (as long as they fit in our vehicle)
Pick up your linen/decor rentals (as long as they fit in our vehicle)
Deliver morning-of breakfast
Deliver morning-of coffee
Control access to bridal suite
